All appointments are secure with credit card details including the number, expiry and CVV to secure the booking as per our 24 hour cancellation policy.
Please be mindful we have a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us via telephone or your credit card, prior to 24hrs before your appointment time. Your Credit card or Gift Voucher on file will be charged for 100% of treatment.
We will secure all bookings with 2 or more guests with a 50% deposit, payable at time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatments.
Appointments cancelled with less than one week’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless we can refill this appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour’s notice or failure to keep an appointment (no show), will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
To ensure that your Natskin experience is without disappointment, we ask that members of your group read our terms and conditions and communicate any special requests with us prior to the treatment. We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
In addition to filling out a consultation form, your therapist will consult with you prior to your treatment. Please notify your therapist of any physical or medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or any other issue that you believe pertinent.
Natskin reserves the right to refuse treatment on any person who is believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor, drugs, or other substance.
In the event of a cancellation or alteration of an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so as to give us the opportunity to fill the allocated time.
Less than 24 hours notice or failure to keep an appointment (no show) will result in the full amount being charged to your credit card or void of your gift voucher.
When scheduling your appointment for a Gift Voucher redemption please inform the receptionist of the voucher number and expiry date.
Please bring your Gift Voucher with you on your visit to the spa.
Stolen or lost Gift Vouchers must be reported immediately.
