Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time so as to allow you time to relax and enjoy your treatment. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Making your Booking
To secure your booking a credit card or a Natskin gift voucher is required.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide us with 24 hours notice should you need to cancel, change or reschedule an appointments. Should you cancel within a 24 hour period and your appointment time cannot be filled, 100 % of your treatment cost will be charged to your credit card or your voucher becomes void.
