My 2023 version of Quinoa porridge to nourish my gut, a protein powerhouse for breakfast,
Plus antioxidant’s and essential fatty acids to boost my skin.

Update recipe ✳️
1/2 cup of cooked Quinoa
7.5ml coconut oil
2 teaspoons of maple syrup or sweetened syrup.
Fruit-banana high in potassium.
🫐blueberries/strawberries
Almond milk
Tbsp crunchy nut butter

Method
Melt coconut oil, add maple syrup and banana toss lightly.
Add quinoa and milk, heat through.
Serve with peanut butter or your favourite nut butter and fresh berries 🍓🫐🍌

To set the records straight, we are not closing or changing 🤷🏼‍♂️ I have operate Natskin for 34 years and will continue.

I was asked my views on the challenges of operating a small business in the current climate, I was honest.
I highlighted the increases we are all feeling whether in business or household costs.
We are so fortunate to have amazing community support, with the best clients, I have an amazing team of therapists who love what they do, as I said we will find a way to get through this sticky financial period without increases our prices this year. Staying the course to enable the best standards of treatments and products for our clients.
